She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Emmett and Lena Puffenbarger (Simmons); and her sister Gladys Matheny. She is survived by: her husband Richard Donald Rines; her children, Amy Turner (David) and A. Keith Rines; and her grandchildren, Quinn Turner and Xander Turner.
