He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lewis and Gertrude Tumer (Grim); and his wife Wanda Lee Tumer (Whitmer). He is survived by: his children, Bobby Tumer of Staunton, Beverly Smith (Doug) of Harrisonburg, Donna Mitchell (Doug McGiffin) of Swoope, Jody Tumer of Bridgewater, Patricia Newman (Carey) of Bridgewater and Amber Lambert of Mount Solon; his brother Marvin Evers (Wanda) of The Villages, FL; his daughters, Drema Dawn Tumer and Chasity Marie Tumer; and his brothers, Jerry Franklin Evers and Donald R. Evers. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 18 Great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
