He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee and Mary Louise Coffey (Pryor); and his sisters, Willie Lee Gianfrancesco, Barbara Ann Coffey and Martha Coffey Stout.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Ann (Christopher A. Morris), Mary Beth (James Shuke) and Robin Virginia (Mark Windsor); his grandsons, Matthew Eppard (Lindsey), Hunter Shuke (Wesley Howdyshell), Nicholas Shuke (Emily Breeden) and Joshua Gibson (Liliana); his great grandchildren, Hudson Eppard, Lennon Eppard, Emma Shuke and Lita Gibson; and his brothers, Eddie Ray (Catherine) and Donald Wayne (Eva). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
