He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marshall and Nancy Smith Riddick Baylor; and his sister Ellen Baylor. He is survived by: his wife Jane Hall Baylor; his children, Sara Baylor Hensley (Kevin) and Stephen Baylor (Malia); and his sister Barbara Bell.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Spring Hill Presbyterian Church (4141 Spring Hill Rd, Staunton, VA 24401).
