He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hankins Foster and Margaret Elizabeth Foster; and his wife Cynthia Lea Foster. He is survived by: his sons, Brock Foster (Cindie) of Madison and Brian Foster; his grandchildren, Thomas Foster, Elizabeth Foster, Kellan Foster, Abigail, Emma, David Jr. and Lukas Foster; and his daughter-in-law Courtney Foster of Virginia Beach.
