He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Horrocks and Lorarena Mullins Horrocks; and his brother William "Bill" Horrocks. He is survived by: his wife Frances Utz Horrocks; his children, Bridgett D. Wilson (Steven) and Dusty L. Horrocks (Alayna Shiffett); his siblings, Lee Horrocks (Debbie) and Theresa Toussaint; his siblings-in-law, Sonya Horrocks, Raymond Utz and William Utz (Linda); his cousin Gordon Utz; his siblings' children, Nate Horrocks, Jesse Horrocks, Shannon Wells, Kirby Horrocks and Toni Horrocks; and his granddaughter Ella G. Wilson.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Madison Church of the Brethren (2449 Lillards Ford Rd, Brightwood, VA 22715).
