She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hubert Willie and Dona Alma Smith; her spouse Cecil Williams, Jr.; her children, Tammy Darlene Williams and Anthony Williams (Lisa); her grandchildren, Travis Williams (Tiffany) and Lena Genal Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Lucian, Declan, Octavia, Dominique, Akira, Adonis, Devine, Harmony and Solomon.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Virginia Avenue Baptist Church (1401 Virginia Ave, Bristol, TN 37620).
