With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Ellen Hall of Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on December 7, 2024. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Ellen Hall to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy B. Meade and Blanche Shannon; her husband David E. Hall; and her son Steven J. Hall. She is survived by: her son David E. Hall II (Christy); her grandson Jake of Blountville, TN.; her sisters, Peggy Lambert, Lisa Robinson (John) of Castlewood, VA and Linda Purcell (Doug) of Fernandina Beach, FL.; and her sisters-in-law, Jean White, Gladys Greer and Debbie Parker (David) of Bristol, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in her honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
