He is survived by: his wife Carol Locke; his children, Elizabeth LeAnn Fleenor of Atlanta, GA and Michael Locke (Kimberly) of Bristol, VA; his granddaughters, Beth Fleenor, Rachel Little and Kelly Locke; and his great grandchild Mariana Little.
