He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine "Jerrie" Stevens; his parents, Homer Stevens and Dora Stevens; and his brothers, Sonny, Harmon and Jack Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Stevens Long (Jimmy), Billy B. Stevens II (Lisa) of Bristol, Virginia, Gregory Stevens (Glenda) of Bristol, Virginia and Brian Stevens (Donna) of Bristol, Virginia; his sister Shirley Kiser (Clyde) of Bristol, Virginia; his sister-in-law Betty Stevens; and his grandchildren, Joshua Stevens, Dustin Stevens, Christopher Long, Zoie Long and Joni Stevens. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oakley-Cook Funeral Home (2223 Volunteer Pkwy, Bristol, TN 37620).
