She is survived by: her husband Ralph E. "Moon" Mullins; her daughters, LaRonda Gail Gibson (Ron "Hoot") and Edith Reazhonda Forrest (Michael "Budgie"); her grandchildren, Adrian P. Mash Ashley (Mindy), B. Morgan Dye, Laken Ingle and Kayla Forrest; her great grandchildren, Harper, Hailyn, Holland, Hagen, Connor Scott, Preston Meadows, Emma Clevinger, Dylan Fields, Abby Meadows and Konnor Kennedy; her siblings, Howard Puckett (Brenda), Bobbie Sheets (Ralph), Betty Phillips, Katy Wynn (Ernie), Carol Proffitt (Garland) and Sue Barnette (Russ); and her sister-in-law Margaret Boothe.
