She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Eads and Margaret Eads. She is survived by: her husband Bob Chappell; her children, Amy Chisom (Dwayne Chafin) and Rob Chappell; her sisters, Carol Bowers and Sherry Leonard; her grandchildren, Madison and Gavin Chappell; her great grandchild Crue Worley; and her sister Linda McGhee.
