As Cecil Ray departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Cecil Ray. Though Cecil Ray may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Anders and Mildred Canter Anders; his son Gary Anders; and his sister June Bailey. He is survived by: his spouse Agnest Jeanette Anders; his children, Bobby Anders (Diane) of Bristol, James Anders of Bristol, Janet Anders of Sedalia, Donna Welch (Chad) of St. Augustine, Fla. and Wendell Harlow of Bristol; and his sisters, Wanda McClain (Jerry) of Bluff City, Tenn. and Brenda Roe (Larry) of Bristol. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
