He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Elam Jennings; his mother Helen Ruth Jennings Mullins; his sister Donita Surrett; and his grandparents, Charles and Sally Jones Jennings.
He is survived by: his siblings, Diana Mullins (Travis), Lisa Woods (Dave), Ella "Louie" Mullins, Jeff Mullins (Pam) and Curtis Mullins (Vicki); his stepdaughter Lisa Watkins (Justin); and his stepgrandchildren, Isabella and Jeremiah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
