He was predeceased by: his father Ronald James Lawson; his stepfather Wes Duvall; and his father-in-law Mack W. Keith. He is survived by: his mother Donna Duvall of Portage, MI; his mother-in-law Linda J. Keith of Bristol, TN.; his wife Jerri Lawson; his son Riley Lawson of Bristol, VA; his pets, Marley and Jack; his family, Ronald Lawson (Karie), Diane Benson (Tim), David Lawson, Rachel Nicks (Michael), Bernadette Lawson, Larry Jones (Amie), Jim Jones, Candace Fairfield (Ron), Jamie Jones, Katie Jones, Erihk Lawson (Jacqueline), Amber Pierce (Trent) and Sarah Woods; and his sister-in-law Tammy Gross (Charlie). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Akard Funeral Home (1912 W State St, Bristol, TN 37620). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
