He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Sullins and Georgia Ritter Sullins. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Sullins; his children, Wanda Blair (Steve), Darlene Gobble (Ernest), David Sullins (Valerie) and Trish Craig (Brad); and his siblings, Bobby Sullins and Ruth Scott. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
