She is survived by: her husband Frank Lowe; her children, Brian Ringley (Lisa), Brandon Ringley (Sydney), Dalton Lowe and Amanda Lowe (Terry); her siblings, Ed Hall (Sherry), Lynda Burress, Jessica Franklin (Sean) and Jennifer Barney (Shannon); her grandchildren, Madison Currin, Haylie Ringley, Elijah Lowe, Ezekiel Lowe and Isaiah Lowe; her great grandchild Alexander Wayne Ringley; her pet Toby; and her close friend Patricia Gill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Blevins Funeral and Cremation Services (417 Lee St, Bristol, VA 24201). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to the Kidney Foundation.
