She was predeceased by : her parents, Evan Wise and Anna Van Donsel Wise; her husband Frank Salak; and her siblings, Thomas Wise, Helen Wise O'Neil and Caroline Wise Hill.
She is survived by : her children, David Salak (Liz) of Falls Church, VA and Carol Casto (Stephen) of Fort White, FL; and her grandson Benjamin Salak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
