He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Weaver of Bristol, VA; his daughters, Pamela Johnson (Winston) of Abingdon, VA and Kimberly Ratliff (John) of Columbia, TN; his grandchildren, Alexis Macione (Robert) of Cosby, TN, Laeth Ratliff of Austin, TX, Savana Ratliff (Spencer) of Murfreesboro, TN and Olivia Fink (Gabe) of Cairo, GA; his great grandchildren, Beau, Alina and Giana Macione; and his sister Marilyn Spencer of Winona, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
