A.) and Lesley Bullock (Greg); his nibling Courtney Burton (Erick); his nephew Luke Denton; his niece Crystal Belcher (Tyler); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Camden and Kendall Belcher; his nibling Makinsey Horne; Karterbeth Burton.
