He is survived by: his daughter Molly Dale; his father Dan Dale; his sister Katina Alcantara; his nephew Patrick Alcantara (Kimberly); his niece Rebekah Alcantara; and his great-nephew Elias Alcantara. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
