He was predeceased by: his stepfather Fred Wright; his grandparents, Lee Mullins, Patricia and Walter Blomquist; and his aunt Tammy Clark Meade.
He is survived by: his mother Teresa Ann Mullins; his son Adam Nicholas Blomquist; and his cousins, Joshua Clark, Justin Clark, Father Richard Mullins, Suzanne Lovins, Patrick Pelarski, Brendan Pelarski, JoAnn Pelarski and Jerry Pelarski.
