He is survived by: his wife Linda Jackson; his daughters, Amy Thomas (Billy) and Angie Leonard (Bruce); his grandchildren, Andrew Hale, Joey Hale, Billy Thomas and Gracie Leonard; his great grandchildren, Lauralye Hale, John Hale and Samuel Thomas; and his siblings, Linda Dowell and George Jackson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the North Bristol Baptist Church (46 Church St, Bristol, VA 24201). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valley View Baptist Church Cemetery.
