She is survived by: her boyfriend Rick Hardin; her daughter Amy Salyers; her grandchildren, McKenzie and Zachary Tittle; her great grandchild Lea Jarrell; her mother Mary Akers Taylor; her brother Bobby Akers (Peggy); her nephews, Kevin Akers and Matthew Akers (Makenzie); her great-niece Evelyn Akers; and her great-nephew James Akers.
