He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy (Rick Burgsteiner) and Cathy; his granddaughters, Angela (Dennis Reeder) and Melissa (Ben Ellison); his great grandchildren, Isaac Reeder and Charlotte Jane Ellison; and his caregivers, Katrina Chatman, Denise Davidson and Oakmont. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
