He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Skeen and Ella Jane Skeen; and his grandparents, George W. and Dorothy Trivett. He is survived by: his caregiver Angela Ramsey of Bristol, TN; his daughters, Abigail, Peyton Skeen of Bristol, TN, Haley Skeen of Bristol, TN and Korei Skeen of Ohio; his siblings, Lori Dobbins of Bristol and Mike Skeen of Bristol, VA; his cousins, Randy Trivett of Bristol, TN and Kevin Statzer of Bristol, VA; his close friend Chandra Beverage (Mark); Tucker. He is also survived by five nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bristol Life Saving Crew, Bristol Virginia Animal Shelter, Goodson Kinderhook Volunteer Fire Department or North Bristol Baptist Church.
