He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Ross (June Owens) and Martin; his wife Dianne Elizabeth Ross; his children, Michele Harbaugh (J. D.), Allan Ross and Kelly; his grandsons, John Martin Harbaugh and Dylan Ross; and his pet Maggie.
He is survived by: his brother Michael Ross.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First Christian Church (311 Spencer St, Bristol, VA 24201). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eastern Heights Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Meals on Wheels program at First Christian Church in memory of Martin.
