She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth C. Howell; her husbands, Everette C. Loan and Frank L. Williams; and her daughter Karen T. Loan. She is survived by: her friend Donald Washington; her daughters, Teresa A. Boyd, Kimberly R. Keith (Kirk) and D. Stacy Loan; and her friend Duckie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
