He is survived by: his stepson Michael D. Spangler; his stepgrandchildren, Eric Todd Spangler, Jeffery Turley and Caroline Spangler; his stepgreat-granddaughter Erica Spangler; his stepdaughter-in-law Evelyn Spangler; and his siblings, Linda White and John Frazier White.
