He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Lee Rouse; his wife Tammy Lynn Rouse; and his brother Andy Lee Rouse. He is survived by: his father Andy Clyde "Bud" Rouse; his sons, Andy C. Rouse, Bryan Rouse and Skyler Rouse (Cassie Bowman); his grandchildren, Koral Rouse and Connor Rouse; and his close friends, Brandy, Bobby Booher, Junior Campbell and Tyler Campbell.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1019 Valley Dr, Bristol, VA 24201).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Heart Foundation.
