He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Gardner Mullins; his son Shane Mullins; his grandsons, Josh Mullins and Jeremy Gregg; his parents, Oliver Mullins and Ollie Mullins; and his siblings, Eleanor Moore and Reginald "Pag" Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Mullins of Abingdon and Gwen Gregg (Michael) of Azle; his grandchildren, Jamie, Randall, Benjamin, Brianne, Zachary and Ashley; his brother-in-law Donnie Gardner of Norton; Karen Moore of Norton. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
