He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hoffman and Donna Hoffman; and his aunt Mary Barton. He is survived by: his daughter Ashleigh Hoffman of Chilhowie, Virginia; his brother Donald Hoffman of Marion, Virginia; and his close friends, Robert Hall and Matt Blevins.
