He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenza Boothe and Martha Boothe; his siblings, Thomas Boothe, Bobby Junior Boothe, Bill Boothe and Margaret Boothe; and his brothers-in-law, Clifford Duckett, Bob Littreal and Roy.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Boothe; his children, Gary Boothe (Beula), Robbie Boothe (Stephanie), Tina Smithwick (Shannon), Becky Kennedy (Lee) and Theresa Rutledge (Ben); and his siblings, Don Boothe (Pam), Trula Duckett and Iva Littreal. He is also survived by special friends and neighbors; and several nieces and nephews. A gathering for friends and family.
