She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Prater and Lucille Conley Prater; her husband Jack Bruce; her son Rick Bruce; her grandson Robbie Bruce; and her siblings, Harold Prater, Richard Prater (Dickie), Roy Prater, Doug Prater, Tom Prater, Burneda Wallace, Irene Potter and Betty Cass.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Lou Bruce; her daughter-in-law Roberta Bruce; her granddaughters, Jessica Mavis (Cory) and Whitney Tucker (Clifton); and her great grandchildren, Eleanor Tucker and Ezra Tucker.
