For Shirley Ann is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Garrett and Ella Campbell Garrett; her son David "Randy" Fields; and her siblings, Clara Harrell, Carlene Shelton, Janie Rhea, Carlos Garrett and Nancy Milton.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Fields Helton (Randy); her grandchildren, Jacqueline Fields Lane (Nathaniel) and Andrea Helton; and her close friend Linda Bailey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services (417 Lee St, Bristol, VA 24201). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
