She was predeceased by: her parents, W. E. "Muss" Odum and Pauline Phillips Odum; her husband Frank Rhoton; her daughter Tammy Rhoton Howlett; her son-in-law Bruce Howlett; and her brother Marvin Odum.
She is survived by: her sisters, Linda Surber, Judy O'Brien (William) and Paula Shaffer (Lyle); and her sister-in-law Dot Gilliam of Kingsport, TN.. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Glenwood Cemetery (839 Bluff City Hwy, Bristol, TN 37620).
