He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sarah, Claude Mumpower, Sue and Herbert Hughes; his aunt Jane Barker; and his cousin Matthew Mumpower.
He is survived by: his wife Chantel Mumpower; his children, Mackenzie Mumpower (Drake Clevinger), Mason Mumpower and Morgan Mumpower; his parents, Aubrey Mumpower and Eva Mumpower; his brother Adam Mumpower; his father-in-law Charles Leonard; his uncles, Claude Mumpower Jr. (Brenda), Ike Mumpower (Susan), Elmer Mumpower (Barbara) and Wayne Mumpower (Lisa); his cousin Wayne Mumpower; his sister-in-law Julie Mumpower; and his cousin Claude Mumpower III (Amanda). He is also survived by relatives; and a host of friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Leonard Family Cemetery (20488 Hoot Owl Rd, Bristol, VA 24202).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the family to aid in expenses related to Steven's passing.
