With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Teresa Lynn Slaughter of Bristol, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Graham Hughes and Francis Hughes; her husband Jim Slaughter, Sr.; and her brother-in-law Ralph Slaughter. She is survived by: her sons, Adam Slaughter (Amy), Jay Slaughter (Beth) and Josh Slaughter (Sara Dake); her grandchildren, Cody Slaughter, Billy Slaughter, Rudy Slaughter, Owen Slaughter and Kimberly Trent; her brothers, Mike Hughes, Mark Hughes and David Hughes; and her sister-in-law Carol Cross. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. A gathering for friends and family.
