He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Harlow and Jeanette Anders (Cecil Anders); and his stepbrothers, Jim and Gary Anders. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Harlow, Justin Harlow (Brittany) and Kristen Harlow; his grandchildren, Luke and Maisey Harlow; and his siblings, Bob Anders (Diane), Donna Welch (Chad) and Priscilla Dowell (Harold). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins that loved him so much, as well as special aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to the Wounded Warrior Project in memory of Wendell and his service.
