Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services (417 Lee St, Bristol, VA 24201). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Glenwood Cemetery (839 Bluff City Hwy, Bristol, TN 37620).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Bill.
