He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Franklin "Bob" Rowe and Jane Blankenship Rowe; and his brothers, Huston Rowe and Harry Brown. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean Keene Rowe of Patterson; his children, Ira Rowe (Delinda) of Oakwood, Donna Rife (Shawn) of Mosheim, TN, Pam Smith (Sam) of Pikeville, KY and Trina Lester (Jessie) of Grundy; his sister Mary Lou Cavins of Michigan; his caregiver Anita Stanley; his grandchildren, Cody, Ashley, Rachel, Chace, Alex, Skylar and Zeb; and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Caroline, Dav, Elijah, Colten and Simon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home Chapel at Keen Mountain.
