She is survived by: her stepfather John "Pete" Carter, Jr.; her children, John "Robbie" Carter, Sr., David Lee Carter Jr. and Stephanie Rene Carter; and her brother Rodney Cash, Sr.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
