He is survived by: his children, Edward Engbert (Christine), Theresa Beckett (Thomas), James Engbert (Elizabeth) and Cynthia Hahn (Jacob); his sister Loretta Zock; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Mary (John), Daniel, Luke (Kaylee), Cecilia, Timothy, Lucia (Jacob), Dominic, Patrick, Augustine, Leo, Sienna, Philomena and Zade; his great grandchildren, John, Arthur and George; and his close friend Jeanie Trimper.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations in his memory be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Boy's Town, or the Youth Apostles.
