"Bill" Denham Jr. (Marjorie) and Virginia Denham; his wife Susan "Susie" Virginia of Bristow; his children, Erica Susan Denham and William Oeland Denham IV; his sisters, Kerri Naylor (John) of Haymarket, VA, Bonnie Przybocki (Eugene) of Jeffersontown, VA, Kristi Denham Kiernan of Warrenton, VA and Kelly Hix (Gary) of Warrenton, VA; and his aunts and uncles, Carol Ann Wood (Tad) of Atlanta, GA, Thomas Denham (Ruth) of Orange City, FL, Peggy Seneker of Aiken, SC and Lynne Henry of Calabash, NC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and beloved cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (8213 Linton Hall Rd, Gainesville, VA 20155). A reception was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, or the Wounded Warrior Project.
