He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Smith; his children, Fred S. Smith (Becky), Paul A. Smith (Debbie) of Thornton, CO, Catherine A. Yeager (Ron) of Manassas, VA, Gary L. Smith (Julie) of Broad Run, VA, Judy K. Thomson (Bob) of Seaford, VA, Mark E. Smith (Michelle) of Lehi, UT, Scott R. Smith (Kristy) of Farr West, UT and Karren L. Smith of Broad Run, VA.; and his siblings, Karen Smith of South Jordan, UT and Steven Smith (Denine) of Stansbury Park, UT. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
