He is survived by: his spouse Donnita Sue Kuykendall; his children, Thomas Williams (Genean) of Broadway, Tonya Parker (Shawn) of Broadway, Tad Williams of Harrisonburg, Tara Cupp (Fred) of Dayton and Tiffany Cole (Cody) of Harrisonburg; his sister Nancy Smith (Dale) of Fulks Run; and his cousin Mary Weaver.
