He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Crew "Eddie" Baker and Peggy Ann Hepner Knupp; his pet Princess; his grandparents, Kirby, Edith Hepner, O. E. and Alice Crew Baker; and his stepmother Nancy W. Baker.
He is survived by: his significant other Tina Woodell; his daughter Christina Ybarra of Freemont, CA; his family, Tina Woodell and Myles Jackson; his siblings, Deborah Baker of Arlington, VA, Alice Baker of Timberville, Kathi Shilling (Greg) of Broadway and Timmy Homan of Costa Rica; Hayley Hepner. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
