He was predeceased by : his parents, Galen Kipps and Virginia Neff Kipps. He is survived by : his wife Dale Dean Kipps; his children, Debi Kipps-Vaughan (Ben Vaughan), Carolyn Kipps (Lenny Stowell) and David Kipps (Sharon Kipps); and his brothers, Ronnie Kipps and Donnie Kipps. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
