She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Leslie and Amelia Fisher Ritchie; her husband Warren "Tack" Garber; and her sisters, Jean Ritchie Sager and Jane Ritchie Halterman.

She is survived by: her son Vic Garber (Tammy) of Crozet, VA; her granddaughter Anna Wysocki (Mark); her great grandchild Hallie; her granddaughter Madeleine Garber (Luke Donegan); her son Van Garber (Siobhan) of Liverpool, England; her grandchildren, Savannah, Molly Garber and Liam Garber; her nieces, Gina Sager and Kim Belland (Fred); her great-nieces, Sidney and McKenzie Bell; her nephew Brant Halterman (Laura); and her great-nephew Gavin Halterman (Garber). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Plains District Museum and Village Library.
