He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry William Elliott Sr. and Nellie Belle Locke Elliott; his wife Ruth Etta Owens; and his siblings, Virginia Burleson, Kathleen Burleson and Robert Elliott.
He is survived by: his son Ronald Elliott (Diana Elliott) of Broadway; his sister Irene Schultz of Clarke County; and his great grandchild Jessica Funk of Broadway. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, two grandchildren.
